About the Presentation

Qigong, the Chinese practice of aligning breath, movement, and awareness for exercise, healing, and martial arts training, extends back more than 4,000 years.

In this session we shall uncover Qigong origins and ancient history, as well as learn this simple practice for use at home.

The Regular Meetings are for Launceston Lodge members, with interested members of the public welcome to attend up to 4 meetings, with the objective to explore and confirm an interest in becoming a member of the TS. If after attending 4 meetings the person does not become a member, they are requested to kindly restrict their visits to Public Meetings only.
